Parent-Teacher Conferences

Our Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on Friday 4th April for all parents of students in Kindy to Year 7 (students do NOT attend on this day).

Please note these exceptions

EC2 - Parent Conferences will be held in Term 2. Details will be forwarded at a later date.

Room 9 - Interviews will be held on Thursday, 3rd April.

Room 00 - Late Afternoon interviews will be held Thursday 3rd, April but the rest on Friday 4th April.

General times available for interviews are outlined below:

Early Morning

8.00am-8.15am 8.20am-8.35am 8.40am-8.55am

9.00am-9.15am 9.20am-9.35am 9.40am-9.55am

10.00am-10.15am 10.20am-10.35am 10.40am-10.55am

Late Morning/Early Afternoon

11.20am-11.35am 11.40am-11.55am 12.00pm-12.15pm

12.20pm-12.35pm 12.40pm-12.55pm 1.00pm-1.15pm

Afternoon

1.40pm-1.55pm 2.00pm-2.15pm 2.20pm-2.35pm

2.40pm-2.55pm 3.00pm-3.15pm

Late Afternoon

3.20pm-3.35pm 3.40pm-3.55pm 4.00pm-4.15pm

4.20pm-4.35pm

Please note - Check your relevant classrooms as some classes have slight adjustments to the times available. Other times may be negotiated with your child's teacher.

This year we are trialling an online booking system. This is our preferred method of booking interviews. To book your conference online please click here.

Our school code is on the note sent home. If you can no longer find this note please contact the school for the school code.

When you have finished you can print out your interview timetable, or have it emailed to you. If you want to change your interviews, you can come back to this site whenever you need to before the interviews begin.

If you do not have internet access, an email account, or would like assistance, Mrs Fetherston is available for the next two weeks in the library from 8-8.30am and 3-3.30pm to assist you in completing your online booking or you can contact the school on 9071 5599.
