The New Fitness Circuit

Thanks to the hard work of Mr Clatworthy and Mr Weckert and through funding from various sources, our students are now able to improve their fitness with a new fitness circuit that was installed last week.

The fitness circuit is a bright addition to our main oval and is a huge improvement from our previous wooden obstacle course (that has been in place for at least 25 years!). 

Through funding from the State Government we were able to purchase a 14 piece fitness circuit which is designed to improve our students' strength, flexibility and agility.  The fitness circuit was installed through funding from Healthy Schools Project Fund, our P&C and school funds.

The students have been eagerly eyeing it off as they watched it being installed and were able to test it out last Friday as part of their Daily Fitness and Phys-Ed programs.  The photos below (and in this gallery) are of students from Mr Weckert's class - Room 00.
